Morning or later in the day?

My experience tells me that setting myself up for the day ahead with meditation and powerful morning rituals creates a beautiful state for me to live in and helps me to remember enjoyment for being alive. I am not naturally a morning person but I can and have trained myself to thrive in the mornings. However, this does not suit everyone. If you want to use the recordings of the live guided meditations to practice later in the day, you can. Always tailor meditation to suit you.

15-minute live Zoom video calls Mondays to Thursdays each week. I guide us through a variety of introductory meditation techniques for beginners and those already with a practice, from which you can choose the methods that work especially well for you to continue practicing with after the course.

Fridays to Sundays are independent practice days with guidance. You could say these days of self-practice are even more important than the days with live calls, as you are building commitment to you and your powerful habits without the accountability of joining the live call. If you can do the work on these days, you can do it on any day.

Bonus gift, Set Yourself Up to Succeed, when you sign up for the course. Receive this fantastic guidance and checklist to support you in building your powerful morning habits. Journal your answers, print the checklist and get prepared – in order to get the most out of this course and beyond.

I send you the audio recordings - you have a library of 12 familiar guided meditations to continue to practice with by the end of the course.

The starting time is 6.55am (the UK time zone is BST until the end of October) so that we are all settled and ready to go at 7am. At 7am the room is locked to more people joining to help us focus on our meditation.

Accountability is high - if you don’t join a call I’m going to know. Perfect for you if you do well with accountability and have been struggling with consistency in your morning routine and meditation.

  3. For your wellbeing, if you are currently experiencing mental illhealth or are in a crisis, seek advice from your professional support system before starting any meditation course. As a group course, should you need additional support I will not be able to provide it to you.
