Janice’s Course Feedback…

‘The course has done the trick as I’ve wanted to meditate in the morning for the last 26 years of doing yoga. I’m making sure I have a much earlier bedtime…something I have aspired to for ages but never quite made it a habit until now. The quietness of this habit creation course is really starting to help me reflect on what I’m doing right now with my life and how I want it to be.

‘I loved your introductory checklist to make me think about my motives and reasons for why I wanted to do the meditation course. I think it’s a perfect formula - 4 days formal practice together and 3 days self-practice. 

‘You made me feel very welcome when I joined the Zoom meeting and I found your voice very calm and soothing.

‘I am really looking forward to the daily emails and I love the daily reminders...kindness, grounding etc. and then the summary of what we did. I also like the occasional sneaky peak of what’s happening the next day - but it’s good that you didn’t always do it.

‘I also feel I want to practice each and every meditation again.’
